Should your apartment have tenants, we will conduct the visit in a friendly and respectful way. We will always maintain amicable relations with the tenants. If relations in the past have been an issue, occasionally it is possible to appraise your apartment without disturbing your tenants. The next step is to assess recent sales in your building and apartments nearby as well as current market conditions. I will then present you with a Market Appraisal Report, which includes the value of your apartment, current market conditions, and the marketing strategy. 2.75% + GST for Apartments over $600,000 2.95% + GST for Apartments $300,000 - $599,999 3.25% + GST Apartments up to $299,999 There is no administration fee, we only charge a commission on the selling price of your apartment and nothing else. MARKETING STRATEGYTogether we will develop an attractive package designed to successfully promote your apartment. The marketing package does not have to cost the earth, we have strategies for keeping the costs to a modest level.
The marketing package is a mix of internet listings, professional photography and some print media advertising. The marketing and presentation of your apartment is critical to the promotion of your apartment. If however you are not ready to sell, a complimentary “Apartment Guru Market Report” of recent sales in and around your building or complex can be provided on request. |
